Random thoughts on a March Saturday morning:

1. Don’t forget tomorrow is spring forward.

Yikes.

It’s like the opposite of Christmas morning—as in, not fun. 🙂

2. In super exciting news (I mentioned it yesterday, but just in case you missed it), my publisher just let me know that my devotional got picked up for a second printing. It’s such an honor.

You can see my devotional here.

3. My nephew is playing baseball again this year on the same field Zach played on.

If I squinted, I could see Zach walking up to bat. I found this story from the last game he played that made me miss being a baseball mom so much.

4. It was an amazing week on the blog. We talked about

  • these craft room organizing ideas
  • this epic craft fail
  • 11 things I wish I had bought sooner
  • this DIY hobnail vase project

5. If you are looking for a good book for spring break? I just found this list.

You can see my favorite beach reads here.

And now?

Need a little inspiration for the weekend?

I got it.

Here are my favorite links from the week.

mini bundt cakes with pink icing, decorated with pastel candy eggs, white edible flowers, and coconut flakes, displayed on a white cake stand.

Look at these tiny little bundt cakes.

They are filled with eggs and decorated with flowers.

You can see the recipe here.

This is the season for spring tables.

And flowers look even cuter in a cabbage vase.

You can see the how-to here.

a decorative moss-covered bunny with a pink bow sits among colorful pastel eggs and green felt leaves, creating a festive spring or easter display.

I have bunnies like this, but I never thought of adding them to a wreath.

This is the cutest project with felt leaves and bunnies.

See the how-to here.

And why didn’t I think of this?

The perfect spring front door.

I have a basket that looks like this and these faux hydrangeas would be PERFECT in an arrangment like this.

See the entire porch and how-to here.

a gray storage shed with gabled roof and double doors, adorned with shed decorations, positioned on a grassy area against a white fence, shaded by leafy trees.

One more for the road

Do you have a garden shed like this?

Did you know you can paint it?

And now this shed looks like this.

a woman in a yellow striped dress stands in front of a decorated fireplace holding a vase of yellow flowers. the mantel is adorned with floral arrangements, baskets, and small decorative houses. she smiles broadly, surrounded by a bright, cheerful setting.

Happy random Saturday to you
