Her home reflects her love of color, and that comes with a desire to break a few design rules along the way. The palette of her beach house, which Dahlia inherits, reflects the colors of her beloved garden and her love of Americana design.

I broke down the interior of Aunt Lil’s house HERE. We’ve got vintage, eclectic art, painted floors, old down sofas, checkered wingbacks, and original farmhouse sinks. Oh, and did I mention built-ins? And a big old red barn for a studio, which sets the stage for a pretty awesome meet-cute.

Now, the colors. They are a mix of traditional with pops of botanicals. She’s not afraid to mix and match and use color schemes found in nature. Because after all, no one can argue with teh beauty of Mother Nature.
