Things wish bought — a quick note to anchor this piece for readers.
Things wish bought: Quick notes
// ric rack dress // pink bow shoes (similar) //
I have been writing this blog for over 12 years now.
Can you even believe it?
Oh, good.
Me, either. 🙂
And the most amazing news? I love writing it even more today than when I first started.
Especially when I have something to share, like I’m going to share today.
I have the CUTEST finds from Amazon to share with you today.
Sometimes shopping can get overwhelming—especially when you are ordering online.
No worries.
I shopped first.
And wait until you see what I found on Amazon.
Here are 11 things I wish I bought sooner, the April Edition.

// this blue and white rug //
1. This amazing blue and white rug
I shared this rug when I shared the bedroom design plan, and it is BEAUTIFUL.
There are layers of pattern and the prettiest border and it has a hint of gray.
The blue is in the cooler blue family and would pair so well with SW Shoji White.
You can see the blue and white rug here.

// faux peony plant in a blue and white pot //
2. This faux peony in a blue and white pot
I knew this was going to sell out, and it did, and they just restocked it.
It’s the cutest faux peony plant in this pretty blue and white planter.
There are four blooms and it they look super real.
You can see the faux peony plant here.

// Smashbox The Original Photo Finish //
3. The original photo finish
Last week, two friends from high school asked me what I was doing for my skin.
They said my make-up looked amazing and I was glowing.
I told them this is what I was using.
It goes into the lines on my face and creates a smooth surface for the foundation to glide over.
You can see the Smashbox The Original Photo Finish here.

// this chunky toggle bracelet //
4. This chunky toggle bracelet
This bracelet looks so fancy.
It has large chunky circles with tiny beading and a toggle clasp.
The bracelet is plated in 18K gold and comes in other metals as well.
You can see the bracelet here.

// this foldable chalkboard //
5. This foldable chalkboard
This is the chalkboard we used for the 18th birthday party celebration.
Westleigh told me about five times how much she loved it.
We wrote a name and happy birthday on the chalkboard.
And now?
We can use it for every single celebration coming up.
You can see the foldable chalkboard here.

// these faux boxwoods//
6. These faux boxwoods
I love these boxwoods so much.
I’ve had them for about two years and they still look so real. They are fluffy and the branches are bendable.
Here’s a little mini tour of the front porch I shared on Facebook.
You can see the faux boxwoods here.

// woven purse//
7. This woven purse
I bought this purse last year, and it took me through the entire summer.
The price point is really amazing and it looks so high-end.
You can detach the strap and carry it by the handle, or use the strap and carry it like a crossbody.
It comes in tons of other colors as well.
You can see the woven purse here.

// this mascara //
8. This mascara
I have shared this mascara about a zillion times.
And so many of you love it, too.
It’s clump-free and lengthens the lashes. I just reordered it again, so I thought it deserved another mention on the blog.
You can see the mascara here.

// these ruffle hem pants //
9. These ruffle hem pants
I’m 5 feet, and these pants were long on me, so I shrunk them in the dryer, and now they skim the bottom of my ankles.
I’m going to photograph them for you, but I loved them so much I wanted to share them here.
They are stretchy and pull on with an elastic band, and the knit is super sturdy and holds its shape.
These ruffle pants come in tons of other colors, too.
You can see the ruffle pants here.

// this balloon arch //
10. This balloon arch
This is the balloon arch we used for the 18th birthday party celebration.
It came in a kit (you won’t believe the price) with different colors and sizes of balloons.
We were able to put it together in less than an hour. I only used about half the balloons on this arch and saved the rest to make another one for another party.
You can see the balloon arch here.

// these peel and press on nails //
11. These peel-and-press nails
I’ve never used peel-and-press nails before, but I was influenced to get these.
I’m a GIANT fan.
They are shorter and look so real. They lasted for about a week for me, and this is the prettiest color that’s a beautiful neutral.
I think they would be perfect if you have a special event coming up.
You can see the peel and press nails here.

// bracelet stack // black and white bracelet //
Here’s one last find for the road. This fun bracelet stack goes with everything.
WHEW.
That was a lot of fun finds.
I hope you found a little inspiration for the month ahead.
We shoppers have to stick together.
PS Just in case you needed this later? I added all of these to my Amazon storefront here.
