I just wanna — a short introduction to this piece.
I just wanna: Quick Notes
Between filming content and touring for the new book, I’ve been dressing up more and having to shop for more dressy outfits but what I really want? TO BE COMFY. Now, I’m not the type of person who goes out in pajamas or sweats- I just don’t feel comfortable with that. Athleisure, sure, but most of time “comfy” looks to me are great jeans and a cozy sweater, sweatshirt or fleece. You can kinda go anywhere in that look these days- from lunch to a site visit to watching TV at home. So I rounded up some cozy tops and jackets paired with comfy footwear (trying to get into clogs/ mules but the prepster deep inside me struggles!)

As winter’s chill begins to bite,
I crave a wardrobe that’s warm and right,
No longer tight, no longer bold,
Just comfort that never grows old.
In cozy sweaters, I find my peace,
Soft jeans and slippers, my heart’s release,
The freedom to let go of style’s fray,
And just be me, on a lazy day.
The elements of fashion, I now define,
As layers loose, and a relaxed design,
No fuss, no muss, just a gentle sway,
To the rhythm of a comfy day.
In this season of self-care and rest,
I’ll don my comfiest, and do my best,
To let go of perfection’s painful guise,
And find my happy, cozy surprise.
Your words warm my heart, a soothing balm on a winter’s day, embracing comfort’s gentle, peaceful way.
